So far this month, I have lost 11lbs with the help of this product and excercise. Works as well as Alli without the messy side effects. I love this product.

This product is excellent. My daughter and I use it. It causes excellent bowel movement without loose stools and or diarrhea. Other flaxseed products wr have bought have not been as effective. Not even close. We would buy more. I wish it was priced a little lower. We are really enjoying this product. As we lose some weight I will update the review.
