Mudras For Awakening The Energy Body

I was really happy when I received these cards. The information is clear, it's helpful to have it right at your fingertips and to show your students, they can pass the cards around and it gives them an easier way to understand mudras. It's a great addition to my yoga library and I would recommend it.

I wanted to learn about mudras and found this deck! It is a great way to learn and the mudras are powerful! I really love the artwork, the descriptions don't the back, and the expanded meditations in the book.

This is my second deck. Love the cards. Easy to use and great description of mudra on the back of each. The creator has an Instagram account and is the bee's knees. The guidebook is quality. I can't stop giving the cards away. I slip them into greeting cards and even customer orders. You do not need the guidebook because the cards have a mudra on one side and good description on the other, but the book is a nice companion.

I love having this deck as an addition to my meditations and spiritual practice. The deck is perfectly sized as it fits in my hands while not being too small for people with larger hands. The card quality is nice and smooth, the colors are vibrant without being overwhelming. Great aesthetic, information, and guidance. I love the affirmations, too.

Why does this card have 12 petals instead of 10. You'd have a five if this was correct.

The 1st time I saw these cards, they were in the Blue and Red boxes. I didn't know the difference at the time but I do now. This blue box is the 1st one to get. It covers the mudras that most people need now. Its the beginning or start. The Red box you get after you have gone through the basics and cleared what needed to be cleared from yourself. The red box is next level. You can go out of order but you should stand before you run. Love both sets and I use them personally, with friends and with clients.

These are WoNDERfUL Hand Yoga Cards !! ♡ They have simple instructions and beautiful art for each MUdRA. They come with a very comprehensive booklet that explains more about the Mudras and how they relate to your 7 CHAkRAS !! ♡ i find adding MUdRAS occasionally to my YOGA Routine really helps me relax & focus. They are also a FUN way to do Yoga if you can't do the asanas due to health issues. I bought both MUDRA CARDS - THE ENERGY BODY & THE FIVE ELEMENTS !! BOTH are EXCELLENT!! ♡ Happy with my purchases =)
