Taking 1 star out just because it makes me have tummy aches whenever i take 2tablets. Taking 1 tablet is pretty effective tho, but i wanted to hit that recommended dosage which is 310mg-420mg.. I take it before bed time and it makes me feel relax and sleepy! Works like a melatonin for me which is really amazing since im having trouble sleeping. I just wish i could take 2 tablets without having an upset stomach, otherwise this is perfect!
