I tried installing this on my toilet but it was to big i need 2 inch not 3 inch. Is this one available in 2 inch version?

I had to purchase it at a hardware store

Is a fill valve included?

Dear customer, our fill valve is sold separately, you can learn by the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08R2QFWKS

Can this be used to replace watermark ats 5200.017 / wmka00627

Dear customer, our flush fits most 2-piece American standard toilet. We recommend you check following information before purchasing: 1) make sure your toilet flush with a push plate not a lever, 2) the drain outlet of the tank is 80mm. If both are yes, our flush valve will work. Thanks.
