I think design of the perfect book page holder is a challenge. This product may come as close as possible to that objective. Efficient page turning does take a bit of practice. But, overall, I like the device.

My wife has broken her right wrist and arm/wrist in plaster. She could not hold her book and turn pages with her left hand. This device allows her to read satisfactorily, but, it seems very expensive for what is a simple device.

The FlipClip is a remarkable device, light-weight, perfect holding books open and leaving hands free. Easy to turn pages by raising one or the other of the front clips. It's particularly useful for someone like me, who consults multiple books at once. I initially bought 3 Flipclips and gave one to my husband. Then I bought another package for myself and also as gifts for other book lovers. It should also work with magazines to leave hands free for those working on the treadmill, elliptical machine, etc. Such a simple device, light enough to take on your travels. Highly recommended!
