I love this product. It supports immunity and helps to get strength. It helps with recovery along with healthy eating and lifestyle. I mix it with normal temperature milk or cold water. It taste fine. Packaging is very good and easy opening tin. Easy preparation formula. Great value for money. Digestion is ok. It has different options flavours.

After being discharged from hospital, I was looking for a milk-based supplement for recovery. I knew of Grace Foods' Nurishment but was concerned about the high sugar content. A family member gave me a sachet of Ensure NutriVigor to try and I was extremely impressed. It contains less sugar, tastes great, provides better muscle and immune support, and mixes very well, with hardly any clumps of powdery residue. I always mix mine with oat milk and it tastes fabulous. I’ve only deducted one star because, admittedly, it is quite expensive. I’ve tried experimenting with different number of scoops and have found that it’s possible to make a tub last 50% longer. If compromising on the nutritional aspect isn't an issue, simply use four scoops (instead of six) and add a tablespoon or two of evaporated milk. Taste-wise, six scoops is heavenly but four scoops (with some added creaminess) comes pretty close. And, of course, there are the occasional price discounts to watch-out for. All in all, two thumbs-up!

This is the 7th tin I have purchased. Usually vanilla but liked strawberry last time so purchased another one. Thought it may be too sweet but it is has a lovely taste and texture . Have it as a shake with added vanilla ice cream as I am trying to put on weight.

its a real game changer for my wife normally she is fussy but she like the drink and its helping for her for energy even healthy weight gain.

What a shame they use canola oil, this is GMO made in Canada won’t.be buying it ever again can’t be bothered to send it back just threw it out.

Taste nice fir saying you mix with water.
