Bought. 2 pack of these cords a year ago. After a few months one of the cords stopped working and another had intermittent charging issues. I reached out to customer service snd they couldn’t have been more helpful snd accommodating. My concern is that the cord, specifically the connections where it meets the charger would get very warm, leading me to believe there’s a short somewhere. The company replaced both cords. We shall see. Just received yesterday.

Like the title says, cords literally broke within a few weeks of use. Previous to that, they worked perfectly. Delivered 2/4/2022 and it’s now 3/1/2022 and they’re no longer working. The cords are not durable and when plugged in the phone they have to be held a certain way to charge. Can’t return unless I pay out of pocket for their failure of an item. Look elsewhere!

i have been using them for almost a year, i went to 2 country in that period and it didn't break or rip, just get dirty easily. beside that it pretty good, main reason why i bought it is because it looked cool, and it look really cool in real life too. i recommend it.

Good quality and lengths that meet my needs.

I loved how quickly these chargers showed up. They are also very reasonably priced. I was a bit concerned before I opened the package since it showed the USB-C end as just a regular USB. So the package is a bit deceiving. I have been using these chargers in my car and at school. My chargers tend to take a beating with all the moving around and folding them up going from class to class or one job to the next. These chargers so far have held up great and have given me no issues.

The cord is the perfect length. To my surprise, it also charged the phone fairly quick (not as quick as the Apple lightening cable but a lot faster than the standard cable). Only problem I had, which is obviously a major problem, was the fact that the piece broke off into my phone. I plugged my phone up to charge as normal, placed it on the dresser and let it charge. I heard a light thump, looked around and saw the cord on the ground. Thought I didn’t insert it correctly. As I picked the cord up, I realized the piece was broken off into my phone. Now when I tried to use the second cable that also comes in the package, that too was broken inside of the bag. I was p*ssed but I also understand you get what you pay for. If they decide to use the same material in the metal prong as Apple’s, this would be a perfect charger. I just want my money back or new chargers to replace the defective ones I received.

I have only been using it for 5-6 months and it doesn’t work anymore. I try to keep my cord as straight as possible when charging and was always careful with it. EDITED: The company customer service was amazing! They immediately reached out to me and offered me solutions and a replacement! Thank you! Will definitely be repurchasing in the future!

They worked great until they didn’t….. I really like the braided cord, which seemed much more durable than the regular ones, but NO! After 3 months, the cords only charge sporadically— they start out fine but then a half hour later I’ll notice they aren’t charging! No matter how I hold it in place it just starts and then stops?!
