Which laptop sizes are compatible?

This laptop cooler is extra large and suitable for laptops between 15.6 and 17.3 inches.

What are the dangers of an overheated laptop?

Once the CPU and/or GPU reaches a certain temperature, performance degrades, resulting in slowness, low FPS, and even shutdowns. Constant overheating can also permanently damage your laptop.

How much can I reduce the temperature with this product?

This is highly dependent on the particular laptop model, the ambient temperature, and the type of tasks being performed. Based on our own internal testing and feedback from our customers, it is typically between 5°C and 20°C.

How does the additional USB port work?

Connect one end of the cable to one of the cooler's ports and the other end to your computer. Use the extra port in the laptop cooler to connect other devices (mouse, keyboard, etc.).

My laptop has a rear air vent. Can I use this product?

Yes! Just make sure to attach the included heat deflectors to the back to prevent hot air from re-entering the cooler.
