Its a standard farm jack so yes it can be used as a lift jack or a come along winch.

Any tips for using this to push a Mangoo tree upright that is leaning from Hurricane?

You can tie it high on the tree and low on another tree or a truck/car or stake it to the ground and over a few days pull it back into place. Don't try to pull all at once you may damage the tree but do it slowly and allow the ground and roots to move gently back in place. It's a good Idea to water the plant when doing this depending on the soil. I have move many trees like this with no trees dying. Good luck and if you want to know more, go to an arbors tree clinic or American arbors site that can give you great advice
