Stays on my waterline all day, doesn't flake off or smear under my eyes, doesn't irritate my uveitis, good pigment, smooth application that doesn't skip when applied. Bit pricey but worth it. Need micellar water or eye makeup remover to effectively remove

Stays put!
I have watery eyes, so I run a Qtip across my waterline before applying. It stays put on both upper lash line and waterline. Great product; does not irritate my sensitive eyes.

Doesn't irritate sensitive eyes
Goes on smooth, nice color. Doesn't last long on the waterline, but settles nicely into the bottom lash line. Does NOT irritate my sensitive eyes! That's what i was looking for.

Best Waterline Pencil
The very best waterline pencil. I use the black or brown on my top inner lash line every day. I love the way it adds a bit of drama without looking like thick eyeliner.

Is not waterproof
Unfortunately, this does not stay on and is not waterproof as advertised. It is very disappointing because if the price. It comes off within an hour or so.

Beautiful rich violet color
This by far is my choice for waterline eyeliner with a violet color The color is much richer than other eyeliners I have purchased. It glides on easily for my senior eyelids, last longer too!!! So glad Amazon had this product in stock.
