are these made in the USA

The package says "made in China".

Actual dimensions of each clipper?

The large clipper is 3.25" long and the small clipper is 2.25" long. The cutting edge on the large is 1/2 inch across and 3/8 inch across on the small.

What are the actual size measurements? Saying "I love their sizes" without actually providing their measurements is useless.

I guess what I meant by that is that the larger one is great for that thickened bog toenail and the smaller ones are dainty enough for even children's nails (not babies I don't think). ***If I remember to measure I will re-post (in inches and metric).

Do they have a non slip grips

The steel is textured so it feels really grippy, Im pretty sure Tweezerman sells super grippy ones though if you need it.
