High Absorbtion for Cardiovascular Health
I'm a very active senior citizen who works to maintain cardiovascular health, sleep well, and avoid cramping as a result of exercise. Purely Holistic Magnesium Taurate is now my go to magnesium supplement due to its high absorption, coupled with taurine to support a healthy heart. This product is made in the USA and is a great value with a four month supply in each bottle. Magnesium has also helped me to sleep better in general, particularly after a particularly strenuous day. The type of magnesium supplement that is best for my health
Amazon rejected my prevous review telling me it violated their "guidelines" (without mentioning what the "violation" was). And when I reviewed their posted "guidelines", I couldn't find any place where my previous review was in violation (so I have no idea why they rejected my previous review). So instead of my more detailed prevous review (which explained why I found this type of magesium supplement to be "best" for my needs), I'll just say that there are significant differences between the various magnesium supplements on the market. While I found this one to be the "best" for me (and my health conditions), do your own research to determine what is "best" for you.

Tested and proven it works
After the shocking results of a very high blood pressure reading a few months ago,did some research and was recommended this magnesium my sleep and relaxing as never been the same. I no longer have difficulty falling asleep and when I wake up my body is well rested. My bp numbers have dropped significantly. I highly recommend this product
