It was good for me

With so much time spent indoors, I don't get a lot of exposure to the sun. After a while, that can have a huge impact on my overall health (Especially if I'm not supplementing that elsewhere... say, with Vitamin D milk.). In recent years, science has started to understand the different variations of Vitamin D (D2 versus D3, per se), and what variety is most effective for whom, when, and why. Even more recently, the addition of Vitamin K has been studied to see how it benefits in the effectiveness of Vitamin D3, but also in the synchronicity of how the D3 affects K. Most of that is over my head, but there is A LOT of science there, and there is more and more research suggesting the effectiveness of the D3/K blend for those of us, who may need a little extra support. This is a great supplement. It's an American made supplement, which is something, these days, that brings me great peace. This supplement DOES NOT contain: dairy, eggs, gluten, salt soy, shellfish, sugar, wheat or yeast. It's also Non-GMO, Gluten Free, and Vegan. This supplement is very easy to use. For maximum efficacy and absorption, take the supplement upon the completion of a meal in which there is a fat of oil of some sort in the consumption. This will allow for the vitamins to be absorbed at maximum capacity, as they are fat soluble. The capsules, themselves, are very, very small, and are very easy to swallow. For all that this product offers, the price that is reflected as the selling price seems to be quite competitive compared to what I've recently seen in the market. It's fair. It's only with continued time that I'll notice the long-term effectiveness of this addition to my daily life. As for now, would I purchase this product again after I finish this current bottle? I believe so. I believe it's something that will be a positive contribution to my health. That's something worth investing in.

I’ve been taking this D3 and K2 combo for about a week now, mostly as a preventative move. I know you don’t really feel results from something like this overnight, so I’m going into it with a long-term mindset. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any taste, burping, or digestion issues—which is more than I can say for a few other vitamins I’ve tried in the past. From what I’ve read, D3 helps your body absorb calcium, but K2 is what helps direct that calcium to the bones and away from soft tissue. They’re kind of like a tag team. The science makes sense, and since I already feel generally good, I’m taking these more as a foundation than a fix. One bonus I noticed is that these are made in the U.S., which gives a little extra peace of mind. My relative picked up a similar D3 and K2 blend from GNC and paid a lot more, so I feel like I came out ahead on value. We’re both taking them now, so we’ll see how it goes over time. So far so good. No side effects, and everything looks clean ingredient-wise. If anything changes or I notice long-term benefits, I’ll come back and update.

I have no idea if the value here is a good deal or not. My wife buys all of our supplements and so don't know what a good price is (or not). What I can provide is what I can see and compare and why I give it a 4 instead of a 5. The bottle is well secured and had an external plastic seal as well as a an internal foam pad with rubber seal. Awesome. I don't really care if something is Vegan, or not, but this bottle says it is 100% vegan and vegetarian and registered with the vegan society. So if that's a must for you, that might be all the value you need for consideration. It's also certified as made in the USA so that's a plus in my book - especially if you're putting it into your body and intending it to be a healthy choice. The amount of vitamin D (5000 IU) is what I've been taking for years. You absolutely need K2 to help with Vitamin D absorption so this should meet that criteria as well. I will say, these are much smaller pills than the ones I have been taking. They also have a lot less K2 (100mcg vs 1,800mcg), no K1 and no A so that is probably why. In all fairness, I don't know how much vitamin K is needed/optimal for vitamin D absorbtion, but now I'm curious and will be looking into it more. I just want others who are purchasing these to know what a comparison looks like and that it does appear to be a much smaller does of K2 than what I normally am used to. As for the actual quality and outcome of use? I don't know. It usually takes at least 30 days for supplements to begin taking effect and I'm only just starting these. Every supplement, in my opinion, is a roll of the dice because we have to take them at their word. But, no immediate side effects or problems, so I'm assuming they are good to go and meet what they say on the label so will just leave my thoughts at that. Would I get them again? For me, the Vegan aspect doesn't matter so it would depend on how they cost compared to other options like my comparison bottle in the pictures. Personally, I would probably go with the other brand I normally use, assuming the extra vitamin K and Vitamin A have additional benefits and/or if similar lu priced per dose. I don't have an issue with this product, but am curious if it's a good amount of K2 or not. As long as you know what you're wanting and getting it for that reason, I think these are fine.
