Just a little background; I just stated micro needling and have VERY sensitive skin. I’m on an acne/wrinkle skin care journey. I’m 36 and have crows feet, 11’s and forehead full of wrinkles. Unfortunately, I never got to use the product because when I was taking the lid off the box, the bottle fell out and shattered on the floor. The side of the inner box is angled and if it’s facing away from you, the product will just fall out. So I guess instead of opening the box with two hands, open it on a flat surface and be super careful. Frustrating to spend this money and just throw it away.

Feels very nice on the skin. I use it for microneedeling and it’s great. Doesn’t clog my skin, very slimey texture but feels cooling to face. Can’t say much about the results as it’s too soon.

Item arrived with an empty and obviously used ampoule. The plastic wrap had been cut along the bottom and obviously had the ampoule replaced with a used one. Who sends something like this?
