Was skeptical but it works
This is a great product and works well. Started using Notoginseng to help fight inflammation. Since I started taking it, no more back spasms and noticeable swelling decrease in legs. don't get this confused with just simply ginseng, they are not the same. very much worth it. Needs to be taken consistently to see results.

Great for counteracting reaction to Manufactured free Glutamates
I react to manufactured free glutamates in Natural Flavors, anything autolyzed, hydrolyzed, modified. Notoginseng helps with the reaction. Next step would be Prednisone. Much prefer the natural way.
