I have only used this for 3 days, but it is so much better than drinking apple cider vinegar. Even when it is mixed with water it is too tart. I’m very thankful to be able to take it in a pill form.

I've been taking these consistently for over two months now, so I feel like I have a fair basis for a review. The honest answer is I'm not sure they're doing much for me. The appetite suppression that ACV is often associated with? I haven't noticed it at all. My hunger levels feel exactly the same as before I started. That said, I'll acknowledge that supplements like this can be hit or miss depending on the individual, and my own inconsistency on some days may be a factor. On the plus side, the capsule format is genuinely convenient. No vinegar taste whatsoever — if you've ever tried drinking ACV straight or even diluted, you'll appreciate how easy these are to take. Capsules can be keep at office and home vis-a-vis bottles containing liquid. Better discipline in ensuring that I take them that way
