Do these work on ink stains on clothes?

I don't think they would although if it just happened I would use it to keep it wet and lighten it. It does work very well for stains but I'd suggest using a stain remover specifically for ink.

How does it smell? I'm scent sensitive.

It has a slight smell, but not a perfume smell. Once you rub it on to the area you want to clean, you do not smell anything.
