She sucks her thumb since she is 3 months old. We tried his guard when she was 2.5 yo but she refused to wear it and wouldn't let us put it on her. We ordered new one few weeks back and now she is putting it on for last 2 weeks. First week we didn't put the belt that goes around it as she was keeping it as is woth red button buckled up but in second week she is taking guard off easily so we are putting the belt that has come with the guard. Fir last 2-3 days my daughter started complaining that the belt hurts a lot and her tecaher had to take it off for her. As she is home today I could observe it myself within half an hour after wearing it and could see the belt marks on her wrist because if belt's its sharp edges. As you can see in attached pictures, we didn't tie it tight or loose. The belts and not kids safe at all and design lacks safety. I will not recommend this guard to anyone.
