Great purchase
Extremely quiet and shreds into very small pieces, bought for our reception desk so noise was a concern but no louder than a printer really. Extremely well made and because of that it is great value.

Hood work horse of a shredder. One star off how it piles up shredded paper so have to empty bin when not full and stiff lid.

Perfect for our needs
Although there are cheaper machines out there, this does exactly what it says on the jar (so to speak). It rarely jams and has meant that fairly large quantities of shredding can be done without the need to stay by the shredder. The bin is large enough for our needs, so for us it's perfect. I can't comment on longevity as the unit is too new. First impressions however are very good.
