The water tastes bland but I boil it anyway. The filter does an amazing job. So far so good.

I’ve tried a few replacement filters, but all of them need replacing after 7-10 days (original TDS of my tap water is 700), which is really expensive. The quality of water is exceptional though, so if cost is not an issue, get this.

Useless. Filter doesn’t fit in without unfiltered water dripping through (and yes I have tried EVERYTHING, I’m not attaching it poorly) the filters in Dubai last a really short period of time for example I changed it 4 days ago and now it’s not working anymore.

My only ask is it to have a glass recipient for water. How ever tds tester says 000 which is amazing.

TDS showed 00 after filtering... Very good... There was a certain light taste to it... Which increased many folds after 10 days of usage... Meter still shows TDS 00...returned back to mineral water.

Product effectively filters water as advertised. Gives confidence in the quality of water that I am consuming. A must have in Dubai.

Convenient and does an excellent job of water purification. The TDS meter is easy to use, the jug is a good size and fits in the fridge well giving a convenient and safe supply of water. Removing all particles which can be confirmed using the TDS gives confidence in the product and peace of mind. Well Done Zero Water

Es un buen producto. Los filtros hacen lo que dicen 0 Ppm según el medidor que trae. Quiere decir, cero contaminantes. Solo que yo hiervo el agua y después la filtro. Eso hace que sea mucho mejor el filtrado. El detalle es el dispensador inferior. Se pueden gastar los empaques y tener goteras. Asi que yo no lo uso tan seguido. En general para cuando se va la luz o que no se tenga un filtro de Osmosis Inversa, este filtro es una solución eficaz. Un filtro puede durar para un consumo de 3 personas, alrededor de 2 a 3 meses maximo. Según la cantidad de agua filtrada. Hay que ir midiendo la calidad del agua después de 1 mes para ver si ha aumentado entre 10 o hasta 50ppm. Mas allá de 100ppm, es mejor remplazar el filtro. Uso esta jarra constantemente. Asi que se que es de buena calidad. Una de las unicas que si filtran bien.

I am mightily impressed with this product, waited 6 months to write a review. I have had to change the filter only ONCE during the 6 month period and that was at a PPM reading of 4. The instructions say you don’t need to change until it reads 6 but I changed it anyway. Tap water PPM reading at my home is 249 which is way higher than other states or cities. Which usually sit between 118 - 200, So a filter is necessary for us. With a high metal content in our water the filter still has lasted longer than expected. Very happy with the system will buy the fridge sized system to replace my Brita. If I had to compare the two, brita filters work very well but only last at most a month. Within 3 weeks the zero reading will start to rise, by a month it reads at 8 and I will change it. The Zero for me only needed one change in the 6mnths that I have had it. The zero wins out over the brita in all areas. The system may be more expensive, I’m not sure, but the filters don’t need to be changed every month If you have a normal water hardness like the Brita. Follow the instructions when using or changing the filter. Don’t skimp on time. It will make the filter usage that much better. If not you will have charcoal specks leaking into the reserve tank, which isn’t a problem as it doesn’t go into the filtered water supply but it does look weird. This filter has sand & charcoal so if you don’t clean it properly before use, it’s not going to go well for you. It needs a short soak then it needs to be filled and emptied TWICE at a minimum before the filter would be ready for use. If you don’t follow those instructions you will have smelly sandy water. Also the harder your water, the quicker you will need to change your filter. That’s true of any water filter.

Filter slowed down after week, thought would have to change ,luckily kept going for nearly 4weeks , then the taste changed and water tester level going up from 0, this is ok though as still works out cheaper,also better water than bottled, great taste. The size is good and plenty left for me drinking up to 8pints daily. Also easy cleaning I like it. Thankyou
