What are the exact dimension (without the prongs) ??

It’s quite a bit smaller than the apple 20w charger, inch and a half long without the prongs, the face is a one by one inch square. It is small enough to have two of these in the same outlet as it doesn’t block the other outlet.

can I charge usign both outputs simultaneously?

Yes you can use both ports simultaneously, but I think the description states there is diminished power output. USB C delivers 30W, USB A delivers 18W, both together still only delivers 30W.

What is the max output per port when both ports are bring used? 15w + 15w?

15 watt combined total when both ports are used. States in description. 5volts @ 3 amps. Also stated in fine print * in one of threphotos.
