Beware rhis doesn't work for measuring human body temperature
Readings for all the material is pretty accurate. However don't buy this for measuring human skin temp for detecting fever etc. rIt doesn't give proper reading for those.

Very accurate
Pleasantly surprised at its quality. I was expecting +- 1.5 degree precision but it matched my probe thermometer exactly! I was looking for one with replaceable batteries so I can use it with rechargeable ones and not have the built-in batteries die. This is a good find!
