These are great cheap smart bulbs, granted, there have been a few issues with the bulbs not working properly through alexa, but they were resolved easily enough by cutting power (turning off the physical light switch) to the bulbs for a few moments and then they fixed themselves easily enough. If you end up having similar issues but it still isn't fixed, you could always try to unlink the Avatar controls app and Alexa, and then linking them up again. These are brighter than my previous LED lights with the same wattage, and with the added plus that you can control the brightness as well. The RGB colors aren't too great but they work well enough, specially for the price. If you want better colors you'd need to spend 100+ dollars on similar bulbs from Phillips hue as well as their controller. The white colors I have no complaints about, they are perfect if you work and sleep in the same room, so you can switch between cool white when working and warm white when resting. I bought these in October 2021 for $36 and they've been great. And they're an even better deal now for just $20. Absolutely recommended.

Bright bulbs but with limited colors and controlling is not smooth. They keep stop responding or a long delay in response when switching On/Off, changing colors etc.

DO NOT BUY THESE! These lights are designed to work on a wifi circuit, that requires pairing with the phone app. They often lose pairing, resulting in blinking lights; and require frequent re-pairing. They never however reach a stable condition; and after time, I had to trash them. Because I don't use the room often, this was discovered too late to return.

I have a loft with track lighting installed in hallways and walkin bedroom closets. I love the smart bulbs I use in other lighting and wanted to replace my old burnt out track lights. Easy to set up with your favorite smart home platform. Just download the app and connect to your smart home platform. Pro tip during set up. I like to name my bulbs, when bulbs are flashing to pair with app I get them all loaded and then name them, especially with track lighting I have 6 bulbs in my closet. Once you have all paired , go 1by1 and rename the bulb by identifying changing the color to blue red orange whatever and then name it bulb 1 bedroom track light, etc. These bulbs have a plastic housing vs ceramic. These are much lighter weight and are not as hot to the touch as the ceramic. I like this feature.

I purchased these to isolate a ceiling fan that was on the same circuit as two other separate light fixtures, so I couldn't have the fan on without the other two fixtures on when you don't need or want those fixtures on. These took a few extra minutes to get working with Alexa but operate exactly as they are advertised. My wifi router combines the 5g signal and the 2.4 G signal into one SSID and then your device (your phone, ipad, etc) will connect to the strongest signal which tends to be the 5G. These and all the other brand of smart lights then only operate on 2.4G, so I had to isolate the 2.4g from the 5g in the router settings. They now work exactly as I had hoped. I now keep the wall switch in the on position and use the fan remote to turn the fan on or off and if I need the other fixtures, I simply use alexa and tell it to turn them on or off or dim or change colors, etc. We shall see if these last but initial details are they solve the problem I needed to solve and work flawlessly. The worst part about the bulbs are the GU10 style took me about an hour to swap out as there is no room in one of the fixtures for your finger to turn the bulbs once you finally get the pins in the little receptacles. An hour for what should take one minute was frustrating as you are working on a ladder.

Love the price, color options, and ability to use them with Alexa. However I really dislike three things which I removed 1 star for each issue. First it is really easy to accidently factory reset the lights because to initiate the reset all you do is turn the lights on and off a couple times within a minute. I have had guests reset the lights twice. Major pain to fix. Issue two, it was a long slow frustrating process to pair and add each light using the app. Some lights took several times to pair. Issue 3, I bought 3 boxes and 2 lights out of the 12 would not pair with the app period. I was forced to buy a fourth box and return the non-working ones.

If you've had frustrating experiences setting up smart bulbs, you'll want to give the Avatar line a try. First, I downloaded the app and created an account. I screwed in a bulb and within seconds it was blinking telling me it had connected to the app. It walked me through the rest of the setup all the way to the link with Google Home. All I had to do was have a good time playing with the controls. I've been through many smart bulbs and plug kits -- each with its own app -- but I've have never gotten any of them online this easily. I've decided to replace all my smart bulbs with Avatars so I can have them all under one app.

Having bought a new house with several bulbs needing replacing, I thought I'd treat myself to some colour changing GU10s for a pair of wall mounted 'statement' lights on the main TV wall. It was Prime Day and the price was a justifiable £30. Having had smart lighting throughout my previous home, I am no stranger to the Tuya/SmartLife apps and how to train the bulbs. These were simple to pair up with the app. In fact, the easiest experience in have had so far. I have set all four bulbs up in a group. The SmartLife app allows them to react to music. Yes, it's a gimmick, but it works a treat. The only downside is the app uses the microphone(s) on your phone to listen to the audio, rather than having sound sensors soldered into the lights themselves. This means, on Android at least, trying to use another app that uses sound, such as the video camera, this isn't possible while the lights are dancing. No big problem and not worth voting down. General colour and brightness is of a really high standard. The white ranges are lovely from warm to bright. I've bought these to function as architectural feature lights in an expansive high vaulted ceiling room. At night with main lights off, these really are effective. We haven't unpacked, yet alone found our Alexa devices yet, but I know all Tuya/SmartLife products integrate easily - as long as WiFi signal is strong enough. These are in the same room as the router so there shouldn't be any problem. I look forward to controlling them by voice in the fullness of time!

Tiene rato que estoy probando varias marcas de focos inteligentes wifi, tanto regulares como GU10. Hasta el momento, estos focos han sido mis favoritos. Son compatibles con la aplicación SmartLife, a pesar de ser marca AVATAR. Se pueden agrupar para que funcionen juntos en cambio de color, con la música y otras funciones. Son programables. El único pero que les pondría es que al usar las funciones de color, el brillo se reduce dramáticamente; pero fuera de eso, es más que suficiente para ver y trabajar o jugar videojuegos. Si necesitas más brillo, los colores blancos cálido y fríos alumbran perfectamente.

Muy buenos focos led para iluminar cambian de colores se conectan al celular y se pued usar con Alexa y Google home.
