Love this product! Affordable and gel capsuled - easy to swallow for me. That being said f you struggle with swallowing pills, these might be a bit much โ they're about the size of a typical fish oil capsule.i take 2 softgels daily with breakfast. I love NOW products and have used their food supplements before and really like them! I only gave it 4 stars because his isnโt a stimulant or quick-fix supplement โ results are subtle and come with consistent use. I am impatient haha. Worth the buy!
