Almost all medicine products and prescription drugs are now manufactured (made) in China and India, and a few other countries as well. Hardly any of it is actually made in the USA, that's why most companies don't list where it made, only their company name and address so we think it all coming from the USA...but it's really coming from overseas....do a little research and you see this it quite true.

Are there any mammal-based ingredients?

There is Bacitracin Zinc 500 units as the only active ingredient and inactive ingredients are Aloe leaf juice, mineral, oil and Petrolatum on the tube.

Can I apply this on my scalp? would it damage my hair?

It depends on what you're using it for and for how long. For a temporary cut on your scalp, use a cotton bud and apply it only on the small area. You might have some issue with your hair being more oily while using it, but if you can put a small bandage over it that would help. However if you're going to use it long term, while it shouldn't actually damage your hair, it will definitely make it more oily.

Has anyone used this on there mastectomy scars or does any one know know something good for a double mastectomy scars?

I've never had a mastectomy, but I've used it on other small scars. However, it works better to prevent a scar rather than remove one. In any case it won't damage a scar. I know vitamin E can help with removing scars, but, personally, I'd do a search online to see what else to use.
