This fan does not contain battery. So you cannot charge this

Not sure what you are asking. But if the power cord is bad, you will have to buy a new fan.

Do i need a usb extender ?

Definitely depends. I had bo problems, my outlet is under my radio. If you want to put this in the backseat and there's no outlet in the back, I'd consider an extender

Can someone tell me what the rpm is for this fan? i have a different brand and the rpm is very low.
