i lost my instructions, Could anyone help ?

Dear customer, don't worry, you can contact our customer service through Amazon, we can provide you with the electronic version of the manual, or the installation video.

I never got the little tools with mine. Is it supposed to come with them? The instructions says yes…

Sorry, please contact our after-sales staff, they will solve the problem for you.

How do I buy a small piece to make my pole longer?

Sorry, suggest you go to Amazon to find short tube fittings, we don’t have short fittings to send or sell.

My pole is stuck it wont come down, what way am I supposed to twist the height adjustment to come down? I have tried both ways

Hello. Try to unscrew the 3 screws on the cover tube, then turn the A tube counterclockwise to lower the overall height of the tube. If the height adjuster can't be turned down, it's probably rusted inside. You can try dripping peanut oil or lubricating oil into the 3 screw holes, wait for 1 night, and try again.
