Worth the price, works
Mine was delivered intact. No issues. Yeah it's plastic, but for what it is, and where it's going, it should hold up just fine. The knock outs were easy to clear and leave clean holes. For the price, it fits the bill. Comes with a string pull vs a chain, but again, it works just fine. No complaints, would buy again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I picked this up to replace an old broken pull-chain light fixture in my basement, and it worked perfectly. The installation was straightforward, the wiring connections were simple, and it fit right into place. The chain pull feels sturdy, and the fixture holds the bulb securely. It gives a nice clean look compared to my old cracked one, and the added chain length makes it more convenient to use.For the price, it’s a great value—simple, functional, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Definitely recommend if you need to replace or upgrade a basic ceiling light with a pull chain.

Decent build quality; functions fine; straightforward install
This is a pretty basic pull chain lamp holder, but it gets the job done just fine. The base is plastic. I don't see that as a negative given that I (and I imagine most people) use LED bulbs these days. In addition to saving electricity, LED bulbs put out very little heat, so a plastic base is not a problem, and is a lot lighter than the old style ceramic bases.Installation is straightforward and the pull chain works pretty smoothly. Good value for the price.
