Kryptek Vesuvius Vest, High Visibility, Reversible Hunting Safety Vest

Great quality materials with an awesome pattern that meets requirements for my state. Pockets are sizeable and are on both sides. This is a much more durable and better built than any other vest I've handled. Keep in mind though, I wear a size L shirt and L jacket and ordered a size L vest. It fits great, and has just enough room I can wear my Carhartt jacket under it, but if you need to wear a thick jacket, order your vest a size or two up.

Very nicely done. I returned my new Sitka vest and bought this one. Sitka only had 2 pockets and only having one clip to snap the front closed it would never block any weather at all. This has a nice zipped front and 4 pockets with 2 snaps on each pocket. Reversible so you can choose solid or camo pattern. Great camo pattern to break up your outline and my state just changed law to allow the camo breakup in hunter orange. This is a very nice vest. I have been buying xxl in all of my shirts and jackets so I have plenty of room to layer up. Bought this in a xxl and it covers comfortably.

Typically, you have an orange vest on because you don’t want anyone shooting you, so you spend $12 every yr for some cheap piece of crap. This is NOT A CHEAP PIECE OF CRAP. This is durable and comfortable and I’m proud to wear it. Krytek is the best. Everything they sell, while a little pricey, is so worth it because it LASTS. So you have to decide, spend $12 per yr for 4 yrs or spend $45 for something you will always have. Shop smart!

Love the pattern and the quality is solid. I did get it for the sale price of $30-ish... I think if I had to pay $60, I would look for another brand.. Or I would just jump up to the $100-ish price range and get a higher quality vest... Overall, solid vest for a good price - If you get stuck having to pay the $60, Id just go up and spend the extra $ for a higher quality material.

Took this hunting elk, would highly suggest - it isn't cheap but it was well constructed, and the pockets were perfect - no velcro to be loud or hard to get into, yet deep enough not to have anything fall out. this doesn't keep you warm - maybe a little, but it isn't like fleece or a thick jacket, it is just to upgrade your chances of not getting shot at!

High visibility, superb craftsmanship hunting Vest by Kryptek. Recommend 1 size larger than normal wear to put over hunting jackets, otherwise too tight. I bought the extra large size for me as I normally wear size large and it is perfect fit over jacket. Also, they make a Kryptek blaze orange cap that is a perfect match, got it too, recommend that as well. Well pleased with the vendor and quality/fit of all!!! Superb, must buy!!!
