I suffer from a slight enlargement of the prostate, which makes emptying the bladder difficult. With the use of the product for a month, I noticed relief in the urination process. I completed the first box and ordered 2 to complete the experiment for 3 months.

Good on paper but do not give quick results, been using it for more than 2 months but no visible signs that product is working

I have tried other prostate supplements before and it's sometimes difficult to tell if they are helping with your symptoms. This one appears to have several ingredients that are recommended for prostate health and it seems to be helping. The pricing seems to be fair when compared to other brands available.

I actually liked this product and just ordered some more last week. I recently upped the dose to the maximum and noticed some issues with my heart recently. Never thought to attribute that too this medicine. I have been feeling more tired with increased fibrillation. I then saw a question from one customer about the warning on the label not to take if you have a heart condition - which I do. I failed to notice the warning label, but put two and two together once I read that feedback. Does that mean this product caused my heart issues? Well maybe not, but to me it's better to be safe than sorry. That said, it did work well so if you have no heart issues I strongly suggest you give this one a try. I myself have stopped using it and am now trying some other products and paying much closer attention to the labels on the bottle. So three stars due to the irresponsibility shown by the seller or Amazon, for not stating more clearly about the potential side effects. Yes I should have seen it, that I get, but still expect more from a seller or Amazon, whoever was so irresponsible.

I have tried a lot of supplements for nocturia and by far this is the best. If I take two of these no nighttime trips to the bathroom. With others I have to often take 1 which throws off my sleep cycle. I am not sure what combo of ingredients makes the magic but it has a lot of ones that have shown to be beneficial to prostate health. I only take 2, instead of 3, because each pill contains 70 mcg of selenium. Too much or too little selenium isn't good fit the prostate. Since two work, I stop there.
