East to install, well made and worked great. I was tired of my tailgate just dropping, now it just eases itself down.

Surprised.
Was a little skeptical when buying this, however was pleased once I installed it. It works just as described and was very easy to install. You will need a 3mm hex (not included) to install the screw for the mounting plate. Other then that good product so far and would recommend giving it a try.

Easy install, nice feature.
One of the best easy mods you can do to your truck. Install took maybe 10 minutes with good instructions. Fit with no issues. Nice feature when you only have one hand free and just need to pop the tailgate open without it slamming open.

Easy install, works as intended. Have to get use to it, tailgate always slammed down before but not now, just a smooth gentle lowering.

Lasted 16 Months until failure (Orion replaced for free)
Lasted 16 months and no longer holds pressure. Edit: Contacted Orion and got them to agree to send a free replacement.

Easy and Works!
It took all of 10 minutes to install and works like it should. The first 7 minutes was just getting the hidden nut part down. I'd buy again.

Worth the investment!
Very easy to install, instructions are very straight forward. Works like a dream on my 09 gmc sierra. I will definitely be buying another kit for my other vehicle. Very smooth action coming down.

Fast delivery and install
Delivery was quick within 1 day. Installation was quite simple and installed in 10 minutes,only installed a day ago but works flawlessly so far, tailgate came down nice and smooth and quiet as well. I think I went overboard ABIT and installed one on each side so it could last longer. Only designed to fit the left side but works on the right as well. So far so good.
