Awesome brand that is very easy to swallow, with no odor or smell that I could detect. I always feel better about my daily routine by adding a multivitamin, and the question of actually noticing an energy boost is very hard to pin down. Regardless of whether you actually can feel the effects, it is certainly worth the benefit of supplementing your diet with a quality multivitamin that can make up for any deficiency that you might encounter based on your daily diet. Great vitamin!
I have used these vitamins for years and always shows my blood looks good for checkups. A small pill that is very easy to swallow and very cheap!

Good value
Vitamins are hard to rate because they are are not a magic pill that you can take for a few days and feel better. They are more for maintenance of body and health. I’m 70 years old and have been taking vitamins for years and am on no other medications and am in good health. I’ve been taking Rugby Daily-Vite Multivitamin for almost 2 years and feel like they are doing their job. I take vitamins and I have good health. I don’t know if the vitamins play any role in that of if I’m just fortunate enough to have good health but it’s working for me so I plan on doing what has been working.
