I was in need of a sturdy handrail that could support most of my weight since I recently becoming handicapped. Of all of the choices this one looked to fill the ticket, and boy was I right. It is a solid handrail that does not give an inch, feels safe and secure as I wobble myself down the steps. I was so pleased I bought a second rail for a different location. The installation was a breeze for me, and took less than an hour. It has a clean, hefty look and feel about it. Came with Hardware for both concrete and wood installs, fit perfectly since it had a little play to shorten or lengthen

Very sturdy, seems well made. Follow the instructions and you should have no problem installing it. Only needed a concrete drill bit for the install. I only put a railing up on one side.

Easy to assemble and install. This was a purchase for an older family member and works well. Installed using 3/8 tapcon screws which made the install faster, and I feel, more secure. The only criticism is the width/depth of the hand rail. I will be adding a piece of wooden handrail which should make this installation perfect, just drill and bolt on.

Sturdy and nice looking handrail! This handrail was easy to assemble by following the instructions provided in the video available via a QR code. Everything necessary for assembly was included the box, including a masonry drill bit and Molly bolts for attachment to concrete and lag bolts for attachment to wooden steps. This handrail should provide years of safety and solid support when using my concrete steps.

Did not come with instructions and the QR code went a whole different item. Some screw holes didn’t line up so overall took way longer to install. However, it’s sturdy and doing the job, looks great too!

It is a very nice looking addition to my 2-step front porch. I have lots of back problems as well as my mother so having a railing has been very helpful. The installation was not easy. The instructions weee a QR code to scan which opened up a video with no audio but you could tell he was speaking. The video never showed the install part of connecting to my steps so that part was a total guess and of course I do it wrong and we had to go buy bigger bolts. The only reason I’m giving this 3 starts is because we managed to get it up and it looks great and works.
