works without needing any drivers on my macbook air. having direct usb c interface is very useful. CLI with cisco devices is working without any problems...

Why I bought it: My laptop only has USB-C ports (no USB-A), so I needed this adapter to connect to Cisco equipment for console access. This cable solved that problem immediately. Aucune reconnaissance depuis un smartphone/tablette ; l'ordinateur portable a identifié une connexion depuis un port USB-C, mais sans interface avec l'appareil appairé (routeur) malgré le téléchargement des derniers pilotes et le suivi des instructions du fabricant. Inexploitable !

Je n'en ai pas eu besoin, je l'avais prévu pour connecter un dongle du compteur électrique vers l'éthernet mais avec la wi-fi c'était bon. mais la qualité et l'utilité sont ok. Merci.
