High performance PoE switch with great support
Easy to configure PoE switch with great features. Port isolation is a very useful tool. It's more expensive than other brands but has outstanding tech support and warranty.

Product arrived on time, and was exactly as ordered.
Ordered this to replace an older failed switch. I had it up and running in less that 15 minutes. It works great.

Compare Prices first.
I took away one star because it's loud and potentially not genuine. Otherwise it is a functional switch with POE.

A good upgrade for the SB300 series
UPDATE: On May 4 2018 I ordered two more switches. One of them arrived with a failed fan, but we didn't install for about 90 days, so the Amazon return period was up. I went through Cisco to do an RMA and they informed me that the serial number matched up with an EU unit. The seller was "Tech Delivered". The arbitrage scam documented by reviewer Ed J is apparently still happening. Beware. ----- I already have some Cisco SB300 series switches. One of the major annoyances with the older SB300s is that the CPU is really slow, resulting in very slow response to commands over ssh and the web interface. The new SB350s are much better in that regard. The OS looks very similar, but there have been some changes to commands. The system upgrade commands (bootvar and tftp commands) have changed slightly. There is also a new macro system enabled by default that you will probably want to enable first-thing (no macro auto smartport). The "switchport trunk allowed" command is also now very different (very foobar). If you can afford a real Cisco, Juniper, or Arista switch, I would highly recommend you go with one of those for your business (Junipers are awesome but are not for the weak). If you can't afford one of those and need a cheap switch, these will work fine. I should also mention Ubiquiti and Netgear. Netgear has always been a joke in regards to their management software and features. Don't even think about Netgear if you care about management features. Their hardware quality isn't bad though. I recently tried some Ubiquiti EdgeSwitches for the first time. It didn't go well, as they hardware failed on me, which is why I bought these SB300s to replace them with. I liked a lot about the Ubiquiti switches, but they felt very unfinished, like they were still in beta testing mode. They were just not on-par with the quality of these Cisco SB300 switches. Maybe in a few years they will have caught up though. I like Ubiquiti as a brand, but they need to step up their QA and put more developers info fixing/improving their software.

WARNING: This version is not the SG350-28P-K9-NA version as ...
UPDATE: WARNING: This version is not the SG350-28P-K9-NA version as indicated on a sticker that was added to the box. The original label had the -EU part of the model number whited out. I called CISCO and verified that the serial number indicates that it is the -EU version. CISCO stated that this is a "greymarket" unit with no manufacturer warranty and no tech support instead of the lifetime hardware warranty and tech support for a full year provided with authorized new products. This does not appear to be a new item (as far as CISCO is concerned). This item was from Verified IT Solutions and fulfilled by Amazon. I left a review on Verified IT Solutions storefront (not a good one), but it was crossed out with the following note: " Message from Amazon: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience." In any case, there is a reason that these CISCO products are nearly 50% less when purchased from 3rd-party sellers on Amazon compared to the same product purchased from an authorized CISCO partner.
