NO instructions included!!! How do I assemble????

I have taken pictures of the instructions, however, there is not an option to load them. Shelf 2 is the bottom one. Shelf 4 is the middle one, leaving the last for the top. The round cylinder piece goes in the hole, lining up with the the screws. Once the first shelf is in place, the process will be the same throughout the assembly. Start with one metal support frame, once all three shelves are in place attach the second. Pop the wheels on aon the plastic end caps and you are a proud owner of an printer stand. I hope this is helpful.

Will it be safe to put computer tower/cpu on top?

Yes, its safe it. You would just have to put the shelf somewhere where no one can hit it on accident

Can i remove the middle shelf to use it as a cpu stand?

No recommend, you can remove the middle shelf to use, but the whole stand will be wobble.
