Love that I can see my results immediately!
Purchased this at the recommendation of my cardiologist. It was either do a LOOP recorder implant, which is where they make an incision in the chest and put a recorder in that monitors your heart rate, or get a Kardia which would not be invasive and would work much easier for my needs. My favorite part is that I get to see the results immediately with the Kardia. I love that I can do an EKG anywhere I want, at any time I want, and find out if there's anything wrong at that moment. This Kardia also allows doing a 6-lead study by using the panel on the back. Not all of them allow this so make sure to purchase the unit that would be beneficial to you. Read instructions on each one. ****Of course, it doesn't measure if you're having a heart attack and if something doesn't feel right for you, go get checked out.**** I was having a lot of problems where my heart rate would go up and down and felt like it was pounding and feeling weird so this helps me to feel secure when I see the results that everything is okay. You have to download the app that goes with it which is easy to use. It gives you the option to send your results to your doctor or someone else if you wish. There are areas where you can add your blood pressure and weight on the app as well as information about what you were doing or how you were feeling at the moment that you took the EKG.. I believe you can set it to remind when you should take an EKG as I do remember getting notifications about doing some. There is also an option to see the history of your EKGs which was great for me when I saw the cardiologist so I could show him all the ones I had taken recently. He could see the actual EKG in addition to the system results. In general, this is an amazing device for information and I feel it is worth the money as it helps me feel less worried. -- Read all the information about this device on the website before purchasing to make sure it is something that will work for you and your needs. Do extra research online if needed. CASE & WARRANTY- I would definitely recommend buying a case and warranty. If you're going to pay for a Kardia to monitor your health, you need to pay to protect it. Both case and warranty are sold separately, also on Amazon. I love my case and the Kardia fits inside, perfectly secure. Thankfully, I bought that warranty because I did have to use it. Kardia's customer service was wonderful and quick and the new unit was sent out immediately. I had a defective unit but it was fixed quickly and my new unit is fine. Would definitely recommend!

Really wonderful.
Glad I got it. It’s a great little machine and I’m getting good readings. Haven’t seen my dr yet to share his views, but I also have an Apple Watch and I use both. Sometimes the watch doesn’t catch my afib and this Kardia does. Ni returned the card and bought the “6 L”- definately worth the difference if you’ve had a heart attack like me and a triple bypass and now bad afib. Lots of info offered with this item.

Easy and Concise
This product functions perfectly, connects to my iPhone easily, and provides the ability to send the EKG to my cardiologist, when needed (in the form of a PDF). Further, it sends reminders to my phone, and I am able to record BP and blood glucose for constant monitoring. This is my 2nd Kardia to purchase, upgrading to a 6 lead system. Dr.D

Included Subscription Failed, Device Still Requires Payment, and Support Has Been Frustrating
I purchased the KardiaMobile 6L Max because it was supposed to include a 1-year KardiaCare membership, and I wanted to trial the device to see if it would be a good fit for use in my clinic and possibly with patients. Unfortunately, the device has not worked as expected. During setup, I was prompted to pay for a subscription even though the first year was supposed to be included. After contacting support, I was told the issue would be corrected and the device should begin working within 24 hours. However, the device still says I need an active subscription and continues prompting me to pay. This has now been going on for about a month. My first support ticket was submitted around April 18, and a second request was made on May 15. I was told the device should work by the end of the day or the following day, but it still does not work as of May 19. Another frustrating part of the process is that when you call and speak with someone, they appear to only be able to create a ticket. The actual support team then contacts you by email, which makes the process slow and difficult when the device still is not working. When support does email, they request additional information that has to be verified before they can continue helping, which adds even more delay. It feels like it takes days just to move the issue forward. I also requested information about the Kardia 12L and provider portal because I was interested in potentially using AliveCor/Kardia products in my clinic. I have now been told twice that someone from sales would contact me, but I still have not heard from anyone. The device itself may be useful if everything is activated correctly, but my experience so far has been very frustrating. At this point, the difficulty getting the included subscription activated, the inability to use the device, and the lack of sales follow-up are making me reconsider whether AliveCor/Kardia is the right solution for my clinic. Overall, I cannot recommend the 6L Max right now unless AliveCor resolves the included membership activation issues and improves support follow-up.

Great product, poor membership process
Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the credit card charge issue. The good: Small size, easy to use, can detect more heart anomalies than the competition. The bad: The activation process for the included 1-year KardiaCare membership is broken. I'm always suspicious when a company needs my credit card but promises not to charge for the free year and tried to use a gift credit card with a $20 balance and sure enough - first a 1-dollar charge (presumably to verify that it's a valid card) that was immediately reversed but then also an attempt to charge $99 which caused the activation process to fail. When I called the support number and explained the issue, the person was able to activate my membership over the phone, but I didn't get a good explanation for the charging behavior.

Works Exactly As Advertised
Works greta. Much easier to use than I thought it would be. Many devices offer limited data when you first make a purchase, but the Kardia Mobile 6L works exactly as its advertised.

Accurate
I bought kardia mobile before the first one was very good always accurate I still use it. I decided to buy the newest one very accurate too. I bought both because I compare them. I have heart problems. Although it's expensive yearly for a subscription you don't really need but it comes with a year. If you don't get the subscription, you won't get as much info. Which I really don't agree with. I have a wide qr. And I have to keep tabs on it. It gives alot of information. It's worth the money for keeping an eye on your heart.

Beware of defective products 70% charges JetSouq
I'm sure this is a great product, but be careful: this seller JetSouq sends defective items in opened and resealed boxes and charges 70% of the purchase price which you return the product.

Showed Bluetooth connection but won't record
I have now had 2 of these devices as because the first stopped recording i was sent a second, which worked at first, then it also stopped. Despite several emails with the manufacturer I could not get either to work again. The manufacturer doesn't appear able to solve the problem. Then yesterday I took one out just to try again. Guess what? I got 2 readings out of it. That was it. Shows green light so Bluetooth ok, but will not record again. Interestingly an error message came up on phone (Samsung A31) which I've not had before - "low energy device". I presume that means the Kardia is a low energy device? So now, despite needing to measure my AF I have no workable equipment.
