I have a child that needs lithium and can’t swallow pills yet- so these fast melts have been the best option I’ve found. The 5mg amount makes it easy to adjust level given, and the lemon-lime taste is good for kids. Very grateful to have found this because it definitely helps with mood swings and anxiety.

These are slow melting tablets that taste good to me almost like a 7Up! Happy for a path to more brain health in something other than a pill.

This is a great brand of lithium orotate and they work especially well with my neurodivergent children to have a good night's sleep, paired with magnesium glycinate. My kids ask for their fizzy Tablets before bed every night!

My kids love the taste and the way they sizzle a little on your tongue as they get wet. They seem to be helping with behavior and mood in my kids adopted from foster care with ADHD and PTSD. I take off one star because both bottles have a bunch of crumbled tablets at the bottom so I am not getting the full amount and there is a lot of dust at the bottom making it hard to get out tablets without a hand full of dust. But I love that they take these eagerly unlike some supplements and that they are helping. Would be 5 stars if not for the crumbly mess at the bottom of the bottles. Will buy again.

These are legit. I order these for my family member with mental illness. At 5mg the person has to take 5 to 8 a day. The dissolving action is very pleasant and the flavor reminds them of Sprite. Too bad there isn't a higher dose available, but we signed up for a subscription and save even more so it's fine. They do arrive a little dusty but the pills all seem whole so that hasn't caused any issues with potency. Give it a shot, with your doctor's approval.

I suffer from both depression and anxiety. Read about lithium orotate helping with both. My anxiety has gotten pretty bad lately to where I was having to take Xanax about 3 times a week for the past couple of months and didn’t want to have to go on antidepressants. I’ve been on those in the past for quite a few years. I am using other natural supplements as well but this has been the icing on the cake since I added this. It has been working for me so I believe I was lithium deficient. I take taurine, l theanine and magnesium along with the lithium in the morning and haven’t had to use any benzos at all this week. I feel more upbeat and my anxiety has calmed way down. This has been wonderful for me. So far I am only using one of these in the morning and it has been working awesome!

I'm confused by reviews that claim these taste good/like candy and I especially can't see children being able to tolerate the bitter taste. I was able to get through about half a tablets-worth before I had to spit it out As for effectiveness, I did sleep well. I'm just not sure if I have the stomach to keep trying them

I buy two different kinds of lithium, this and Weyland liquid ionic lithium. My husband takes the liquid ionic and prefers it (we have tried many different kinds including prescription) to other lithium. I like the liquid, but when I take it I have a hard time sleeping, so I switched to the activmelts. I like the way they taste and they melt easily. I have already ordered several bottles and plan to continue to take this brand. It does have a bit of powder left in the bottom… I have a small medicine spoon the same size as the tablets and I use it to take the powder. I like this product a lot and the powder isn’t enough to make me not want to take it.

This product is good but being in tablet form some of them got powdered. But a good product.
