1st day: WoW It works!!

The original device I got was defective, I would not get voice tutorial. Customer service arranged for a replacement which I received. Do get the voice prompt but what's annoying is it say tighten the belt, I tighten then it say loosen. When I used it yesterday it didn't do that. Sometimes its not in sync with my breathing in and out. I inhale it have me as exhaling and it holds longer and it tells you not hold your breath. Was skeptical and optimistic about this device in the beginning. Definitely not worth the price.

This product significantly reduced my blood pressure within four weeks of use. But you have to be religious about using it. Then I had a problem with the breathing sensor. It stopped registering on the device itself. I thought about returning it, however it was just too effective to just let it go. I contacted the company via their help email. They were just great. Within two weeks I had a replacement sensor and it is working fine. Great product. Great company

Haven’t used this long enough to notice a difference in my blood pressure, but it’s very relaxing and has increased my blood oxygen level.

If you didn’t have high BP before getting this, you will after using it. First you may sit for 5 minutes trying to satisfy the machines demand to establish your baseline breathing rate - but it wont accept your rate unless it is perfectly steady and you can’t move on till it decides to accept your breathing! Then when you miraculously get past the baselining, you have to deal with the absurdly cheap sensor belt. I have nightmares that wake with the continuous voice of a specter - “tighten sensor belt!” “Reposition sensor belt!” Or “ loosen sensor belt!” And eventually the Cheap sensor belt just stopped working at all. I am sure a replacement would be cost prohibitive even though it appears to have proxy to cost of $1 - $2 on materials. I think it is a good concept but wildly over priced and unreliable.

I bought this for my mother who is absolutely delighted. Her blood pressure had been around 155 over something. Since she started with this it's come down to a much more acceptable 140 over whatever. I'm particularly pleased because like most people in their 80s she is on a cocktail of different drugs that don't always play nice with each other so it's very useful that one of her problems may be controlled without using a pharmaceutical solution. The doctor hasn't taken her off the drug yet but we hope that she will do. I got this sent to the UK using the site recommended by Resperate who were good but please do take the opportunity of Brexit to try to get this permitted by the new British medical regulator that will replace the European Medicines Agency. It would help a lot of people in Britain if this were more easily available. We tried another one before we got this and my mum didn't like it. Ten out of ten, if you have high pressure you should give this a try.

I always knew I had something wrong with my breathing that was causing BP to go up. I assumed I could work on steady breathing to bring BP down. I like the new relaxed feeling 5 minutes into each session and the amazing results of cutting salt and watching weight with this new effort added. It worked very fast. I am not taking drugs to bring down BP as before. Getting 117/77 when waking with coffe in hand is great.

Was easy to follow and appeared to be working, but the connection to the breathing sensor broke on the thrid use. Cheaply made electronic connection that was thinner and more fragile than a twig.

Having had an ANS problem for some time now, and after talking to my physician, I purchased Resperate to help me better regulate my blood pressure and breathing pattern/rate. I've only used it a handful of times so far, and thus can't really comment on the blood pressure control side of things, but I can definitely say that becoming aware of one's breathing and gradually relaxing and lowering it the breathing rate; stress seems to just melt away.... After using this product I felt calm, centred and energetic for hours! I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
