Have owned for several months now and they work great except for the mute button, but we had trouble with that on the old original one, so maybe its not the remote... hence the 5 starts. Great price, batteries seem to last as long as the originals, easy to use and perfectly compatible as the original. would buy again.

A wonderful replacement for the original solar powered Samsung TV remote. We ordered this remote because the original remote frequently displayed the "battery low" message, even when placed near a sunny window. This particular remote has the three App Launch buttons for "Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu" which are the three services that we have. They work immediately, negating the need to use the icons at the bottom of the TV screen. Very handy! The pairing process worked perfectly on the first try. The remote is ergonomically comfortable to hold and use. It is well constructed with a solid feel to all the buttons and the volume and channel up/down paddles. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago my dog ate my original remote for my Vizio Smart TV. I ordered one of these and they work great. Well a couple of days ago he ate that one too so I ordered 2 more this time. They work great just pop in the batteries and no programming needed. And apparently they are delicious too!

Good. Works straight out of the box for 90% of functions on the Frame. The only issues are the On/ Off does not have continuous hold and only puts the TV into art mode and not off/ standby. Also the fast fwd button also isn't continuous and needs to press for any forward or backwards and not a smooth scroll like the original. Not bad for the price I guess

The direction button to the right is so hard to press and not working properly. I hope the customer service team can help or provide a better remote product.

Value for money product.works flawlessly but the only draw back is the voice command not working.
