All right, I did a video, perhaps it's a little too impassioned but I love this granola. I got the coconut flavored one and am excited to try more. A bit of my background; I recently started doing IT (intermittent fasting) along with low carb and or as close to Keto as I can get (under 50 grams of carbs is Keto usually) under 100 grams of carbs is often considered low carb I think. So VERY low on the carbs but even before I started this new eating/fasting regime? I did NOT indulge in things like cereal EXCEPT as a treat and even then? I tried to get "natural" cereals with less sugar. For me, cereal is a treat, it's not a good thing for breakfast (breaking your fast) it's often a lot of sugar, wheat and not enough good fat. So? This granola was bought as a treat - a dessert if you will - it's crunchy, savory, buttery, a bit salty too and very satiating. I honestly struggle with NOT eating it. Here's the deal; maybe I'm being critical here but most Americans eat crappy cereals and consider them good for them or a good breakfast. When they encounter a good product, full of natural ingredients with a LOW glycemic index? They don't like it because their taste buds are used to tasting very sugary, overly processed junky cereals. I know you can't take my word for it; nor do I want you to but please know I love to review items and I leave honest reviews. I would say go try the cereal for yourself - as a dessert meaning - you don't need to slather it in milk/almond milk/cashew milk (what have you) but rather just taste it. Allow it to roll around a bit in your mouth, YES it has some salt to it (believe it or not salt is good for you - google Dr. Berg and he'll explain it better than I can); yes it has a kind of buttery/heavier taste because it has MORE fat and LESS sugar/carbs than most sugary (i.e. raise your glycemic index) cereals. I don't think you'll be disappointed...then again? There are people who hate chocolate or despise cheesecake (2 of my favorite things in this world). So? You can't please everyone but decide for yourself. :-)

So far I have always loved the Purely Elizabeth granola products and have tried at least 6 varieties which have always been so good that I can’t keep myself from Annihilating the bag but this flavor wasn’t what I guess I was expecting or hoping for. Because her products are more health conscious and have quality ingredients with no artificial flavors or grains the price is higher and understandable to a degree. However I find that when it’s not on some sort of a sale that it’s definitely overpriced. This flavor of Coconut cashew keto granola had what I can only explain as a burnt taste to it. (The photo on the bag even looks like whats inside my bag could have been baked longer or overcooked) And I know that sugar content should be at or around zero for keto products however stevia doesn’t have sugar and there other options to bring out the natural sweetness of the coconut or just to give a little more sweetness to it similarly to her other varieties. Using coconut oils is good but it doesn’t translate into a sweeter product. This also keeps the carbs down for keto purposes. It was also a little less crunchy than the others I’ve had so I’m thinking it’s from the coconut oil as well. Not soggy, just a bit more chewy. I’m glad I tried it but probably won’t get this variety again.

I am so happy we found this! I have hemocromatosis and pre diabetes. So, this has low sugar and natural ingredients! Soo yummy, I actually crave it. I've purchases the Vanilla coconut cashew over and over, am now purchasing the variety pack.

Well... The PRODUCT is wonderful. This granola is delicious. But, when the description says "48 ounces" and you think "Wow, what a deal!" And, then, you get an 8-ounce package, you realize that you are owed some extra money. If I get the rest of it, I'll up it to a five-star review.
