when locked, my door knob will not turn "any". Does it work off the human touch on the outside knob? Vic

SABRE Door Handle Alarm – 110dB Door Alarm for Home Security – Audible up to 600 Feet (185M) Away – Vibration-Triggered Security Alarm Sounds when Door Knob is Touched from Outside

I want to alarm my door when I'm out. When I return, will the alarm go off or will I have a few seconds to disarm it?

There is not an entry delay. The alarm sounds when you touch the handle. You can open the door and shut off the alarm. It is ideal for when you are at home and someone is trying to enter. The sound can deter them and alert you to an intrusion.

Uses 3 AAA batteries, not included.

I have steel security bars around the house. Will it go off if someone wants to break the security bars ?

Just wanting to break in, wont cause it to go off. It requires vibration.
