What is the temperature rating?

I do not know the specific temperature range but can tell you they are not like silicone utensils. They are sturdy but will melt if allowed to rest on a hot fry pan for an extended period. We bought these to replace one that melted. Then again the one that melted we had for almost thirty years.

Do these forks work well for grabbing waffles and not damage the waffle maker?

Is this rigid or is it flexible?  I just broke my favorite rigid white plastic turner and can't live without it.

This is what I would call a semi-rigid spatula. It flexes just enough to get under the edge of an omelet very nicely but it's rigid enough to turn a good size steak with no problem. I was curious to see just how much weight it could take before the handle began deflecting appreciably. The spatula handles 18 oz with minor deflection. This is my favorite spatula, because of its stiffness to flexibility ratio, the angled front edge, it's very durable and easy to clean. I've had one for over 20 years and was thrilled to find these were available again so I bought a couple more and threw out all my other turners. I realize cooking utensils are like any other tool in that likes and dislikes can be very subjective but I don't think you'll be disappointed especially for the price.
