I used to be a retail store manager so I couldn't eat and work at the same time and I usually worked thru lunches and breaks. Now I'm an office supervisor and can eat anytime I want so I've gained some weight and can't seem to slow down my cravings. Therefor I started looking for a little help. I read the reviews on this product and wasnt going to get this but for around $1 a day, it was worth trying (I take 2). The first day I took it I wasnt impressed and thought I wasted my money because I still felt hungry and nothing seemed to change. I was going to continue to take them because I bought them so I might as well. On the 4th day tho, I noticed that I didn't have any kind of snacks the 2 nights before and honestly didn't even think about having one. Seemed like I just needed 24hrs for this to get thru my system. I've been taking these almost 2 weeks now and it seems that each day I take them, I eat less and less. Here it is 7pm at night and I've barely ate anything today (1/4cp cottage cheese and a few slices of ham) and I'm still not hungry. My food choices even seem to be getting better. I'm "craving" water over soda, I want fruit over a donut. It's weird how things are slowly changing. Just this morning my husband bought me home my favorite donut....maple glazed, and it didn't even sound appealing. It sat on the table for 6hrs before my son ate it. I personally don't "feel" anything when I take these. I don't feel jittery, nervous, hyper, sleepy, nausea, or any of those other things pills can do to you. Update: These have been working so well, I've lost 7lbs in the last month. My coworkers noticed I'm losing weight and asked how. Needless to say, I now have 8 people at work also using this pills and it's working for them as well!

It's been 11 days since I started taking the pills. Just as the packaging says, 1 time a day. I take it every day in the morning. In just 1 week I managed to lose 5 pounds. I don't know if it's a placebo effect or what. But it has helped me a lot to control myself, I am now able to wait calmly for dinner at 6pm without snacking all afternoon. Obviously the pills are not magic and I have also done my part. I have been eating healthier, more vegetables less rice and pasta. Zero sodas, juices, cocktails or beers. The only side effect I experienced was the first day, a really small faint headache, but that's about it. Really happy, just purchased my next bottle to have in stock and ready

I’m giving this an honest review based on my personal experience. Item was bought 2/14, this review is being done on 2/16. I normally fast from 9 p.m. until around 7 p.m. the next day. I drink water throughout the day and I’m honestly not hungry at all. I’ve been doing this consistently and I manage my cravings just fine on my own. I bought this item just to see what the hype was about; and because of the “good” reviews that was left. Ever since I started taking OLLY Combat Cravings, I can honestly say it’s made me hungrier than I’ve ever been. My stomach starts growling out of nowhere; something that does NOT happen when I’m not taking these pills. I feel like this product did the complete opposite of what it claims to do. Instead of reducing cravings, it opened up an appetite I didn’t even have before. I could easily stick to one meal a day before, but while taking this, I’ve been eating like a maniac. I genuinely feel like it’s opened up my cravings instead. In just two days, I feel like I’ve gained weight because of how much hungrier it made me. I honestly feel like I could manage my cravings without this thing. This product did not suppress my appetite. If anything, it increased it. Very disappointed. I’ll give it a few more days; and if I don’t see any changes. I’m done.

So I took this for about a month combined with working out an hour a day and concluded: The product works alright but is short term 'solution' if you have a snacking problem like me, If I take it at 8 am after breakfast it helps me not snack through the morning in the office and wait to have lunch around 1-2pm however after that I dont notice a difference I do get normal hunger for dinner. So I decided to have breakfast a bit later and take the pill after lunch to curve snacks craving during the afternoon until I get home for dinner, and it helped not feel peckish after lunch. I didn't notice a dramatically appetite lost or weight lost, as im working out daily it was a regular lost ive experience before taking pills, so yeah I felt it helps for a couple hours to not be eating outside meals but nothing crazy and dont expect to loose weight if you are not working out or to completely diet with this at least for me I didn't loose my daily appetite, if thats what you are looking for I think theres other products more focused on that that will work better.

[THIS WORKS DIFFERENTLY FOR EVERYONE] when i first started taking this, my appetite was still the same but i could tell over each day it got somewhat smaller. However i noticed it would only last for the day and then id be hungry at night so i started to take two pills around day three. My appetite gradually began to decrease and now heading into week 2 my appetite has gotten smaller, i get satisfied faster and also stay full for longer! i havent lost weight yet but thats because ive been eating in a caloric maintenance, when i go back to my deficit i will update.

I’ve been on this for four days now, and the results are absolutely astonishing! I’m on medication where I am always hungry and I am not hungry at all on this vitamin. The first day, though I got a little nauseous and a headache, but by the second day, it was gone, the biggest problem was learning not to eat out of habit and not because I was hungry. I can’t wait to get up in the morning just so I can take this. i’ve tried a number of different pills that claim it takes away hunger and they don’t work. I will be using this for a very long time. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive but it does work.

This did not work for me. I had more craving then normal and gained weight while using.

Not a miracle pill but pretty close! Like you still have to be mindful of what you put in your mouth but it does help reduce the “food chatter” in my head and makes cravings gone if not more manageable! Down 10lbs in just a couple weeks!

Does not suppress appetite as advertised. Didnt work for me.
