Got my teeth professionally whitened with Zoom. 72 hours after avoiding coffee and eating an all white foods diet, my teeth returned back to yellow much to my complete despair. (Goodbye $350!) decided to buy these strips. I use them for a week, hour each, and got modest results, I’d say my teeth got 25% more white, which was GREAT but I decided to buy Opalescence 35% gel to get quicker/stronger results. Got GREAT results on my first syringe - decided to take it up a notch and put one of these crest white strips on top after the Opalescence to really try to increase the brightening effect… y’all.. the result where SHOCKING. My teeth were about 80% of the whiteness that my dentist got. Now that I’ve used up all of my Opalescence gel, when I want to touch up my teeth on sundays I use two crest strips but I instead back to back (2 in 2hrs instead of 1 for 1 hr) and it brings my teeth to a bright white and lifts away any dingy yellow stains. This product is good for someone who already has off-white teeth that needs a bit of brightening. But if you have super yellow teeth like I did, #1 don’t expect miracles - and don’t bother with this STUPID light - research shows light is only effective with HYDROGEN peroxide (this is carbomide peroxide) and further more, these lights increase the risk of increased teeth sensitivity and INCREASE the risk of oral cancer due to the harsh blue UV light on gums which are already being battered by peroxide (which in itself is already cancerous in nature) so just skip the light. And #2 if you’re going to use these, do yourself a favor use 2 at a time for MAX RESULTS. Even better if you use 1 after a Opalescence treatment. Try not to drink coffee or eat bright foods & spices (turmeric, paprika) no chocolate/berries for 1 day. Saliva seals the dental pores after carbomide peroxide whitening in 2 hours, but if your teeth aren’t 100% mineralized then it can take longer/prolong risk period of restaining. Lastly. STOP USING FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE! I am certain this is what made my teeth yellow post whitening procedure. I Did research, turns out there’s tons of articles and research studies that prove fluoride in toothpaste YELLOWS TEETH from the inside out by oxidizing the dentin! CREST even admitted it!! Talk about selling a problem and selling the cure, BIG SIGH. After changing my toothpaste to nano-hydroxyapatite (a natural more effective, NON TOXIC alternative to fluoride toothpaste), I have no more sensitivity, teeth have gotten WHITER & parts of my enamel are LESS CLEAR!!!

This is a review of Crest White Strips and LED light. I’m 75 years old and I’m telling you that because as you age it is harder to whiten your teeth. I’ve got professional molds and whiteners from my dentist and have been determined to keep up with my teeth in care and whitening. But, I love my decaf coffee, especially in cold weather, and it yellows my teeth. I purchased this option on Prime Deal Days because I was away from home for an extended period. I read the five star reviews and the one star reviews as I usually do before a purchase and I must say that bleaching makes your teeth sensitive-period. When I first started bleaching, I put the professional bleach in my teeth molds all around (you had to leave them on overnight then) and nearly lost my mind with tooth nerves coming alive! That was the last time I tried to whiten my molars. I’m not a toothy person and only the front teeth show so those are the ones I whiten and these strips fit that area perfectly. Secondly, I use Sensodyne toothpaste and it really helps calm things. About half way through the ten treatment days I had sensitivity and skipped a day, as the instructions suggest and my teeth were fine after that. My light worked every time, but the instructions say it has enough charge for 10 five minute sessions and I didn’t play with it or leave it on longer. I think the results are quite good and I know from experience that my teeth will continue to brighten over the next few days. I once tried a store brand and they were a balled up mess! Thin, weak, twisted mess. These are quality, fast acting strips that are easy to put on. I recommend.

I always love crest whitestrips and use them probably 1x a year. This pack works great, just like their others with noticeably whiter teeth after a few uses. With other ones, I have had gun sensitivity after before, but that has not happened with these. Also, I have a large smile and these reach a decent bit back. I have had issues with some literally only covering my front 4 teeth before, but these stretch and covered a little less than 8 across on top and bottom for me. This kit comes with the light unlike the others, but honestly I cannot say I've noticed a difference because of the light. It may or may not be helping, but I would say the whitening power is comparable to others of the brand without the light, so not sure its worth getting the light in it or a different one without.

5/5 Stars: I usually never write reviews but I know how difficult it is to find a teeth whitening product the really works. I was a little skeptic of this product but I 100% RECOMMEND IT. I attached photos of my before and after and the result was amazing. Btw: for reference I’m 16 so my teeth stains aren’t crazy old but I’ve never had a product ever work like this before. How to Use: I brushed my teeth about 30 minutes before using. Then you just apply the strips for an hour and then use the light (with the strips still on) for five minutes. So the total is an hour and 5 minutes. Then I just took off the strips and didn’t eat anything after and I didn’t brush my teeth again after (just went to sleep). My Process: Everything was very easy and worked very well. My only issue was this was the first time I ever had teeth sensitivity. It only happened during the first use of the strips but I think it was because I accidentally my put the strip over my gum a little and it just hurt my teeth. I didn’t have any teeth sensitivity the other times though. Also, if you can tell, the bottom parts of my teeth aren’t that white and that could be due to the fact that I didn’t put the strips very down because I was worried about teeth sensitivity and I also had some cuts on my gums (from brushing my teeth, idk how it happened) but I didn’t want anything to happen so I put the strips a little farther away from my gums. However, at least I think my teeth turned shades whiter so I am SO HAPPY with this product. I also used the product for the straight 10 days in a row. Also the taste wasn’t strong for me as some other reviews has said. I barely tasted anything, unlike usual teeth whitening products and it was very comfortable. Overall, this product was very easy to use and I think made my teeth so much whiter. I’d recommend this product for anyone looking to try a teeth whitening product that actually works. Obviously I don’t know if this will work for everyone’s teeth but it really worked for me and I just followed the instructions. The flavor wasn’t bad at all, I barely tasted it and everything was very comfortable. I am definitely going to buy this product again either in 6 months or a year (as they recommend), depending on how long my teeth stay this whiter. Anyway, if you are looking for a product that has proof of someone who actually bought the product and loved their results, that’s easy to use and has a barely there flavor then this is for you! I completely recommend it and I hope it works as well for you and it did for me :)

May be time consuming but a good thing to do while watching TV. I had results after using just one time! Easy to use.

My experience: Personally, I used this precisely as directed for ten consecutive days (no coffee, no smoking, no soda, brushing twice a day, using whitening mouthwash), and you can see in my attached pictures that the change, while non-zero, is nothing to write home about. The kicker for me was the sensitivity that the treatments caused, which was relatively mild but certainly noticeable. I'm vexed by the testimonials of some of these other folks - though, of course, I am happy for them! The only reason I could think of that it may have been less effective for me, would be if brushing one's teeth after the treatment would somehow impact the results, as I did this a few minutes after each treatment - followed by a rinse with Crest's whitening mouthwash. However, per Crest's own site and instructions, this should be fine to do (and the mouthwash itself even claims a brighter smile in seven days). A word to the wise: Upon closer examination (after purchasing) of some of the before/after photos that had most convinced me, I noticed that the lighting in the 'after' pics were generally brighter / cooler, which would exaggerate results - you can discern this by looking at the skin tone in each photo. For this reason, I used the same location and lighting for my progress pictures to be able to leave an accurate review. Conclusion: The product by no means matched my optimism, but others happily seem to have had a very different experience - so if you have ~$70 of comfortably disposable income, I wouldn't seek to stop you from giving it a whirl. At worst, you'll have middling results like mine, with some tooth sensitivity (which will likely go away within a week) - and at best, you could be one of the lucky ones with a dramatic transformation for some reason! Personally, I'm going to try Snow's whitening kit next, with the hopes that those results will justify the steeper price. If you've not heard of it, you may want to look into that as well - though I can't yet vouch for their product from my own experience. Best of luck to you all in your whitening endeavors!
