NO!!! even if you left the knife at home the pointy scissors would get kept by the TSA. Even blunt scissors MAY be kept by the TSA.

Can you sit on this in your wallet?

Yes, when I used to carry a wallet I had the swiss card in my wallet. It was in my wallet for over a year. I did not know it was there. Today I use a little card wallet that you carry in front pocket, the Swiss card would fit but you could only have 3-4 other cards.
