Likes: Helps with daily bowel movements, especially if you eat healthy food and drink enough water. I have trouble going once a day, so this helps with regularity. Dislike: Only one dislike, but it doesn't stop me from taking them. I seem to get a stomach ache for a short time when taking these. I make sure I have eaten something, but still get the stomach ache. It only lasts a little while, so I'm not sure if that is when the pill is dissolving or if is actually doing something beneficial in my stomach. I plan on doing it probably twice (with the PB assist break inbetween), and after that, probably 4 times a year. I'll do an update at a later date if the product helps my son with his digestive issues. He hasn't completed the 10 days yet, and I may have him do it twice as well.

This product seems to work, but very expensive and the company is not easy to buy from or work with, not user friendly, poor customer service policies, not helpful.

Had a bad experience
I have ordered GX assist from a certified seller before this, and the pills i ordered off of amazon looked a little bigger and different colored. I have taken this before, and this second time i had a really bad reaction. I literally felt like i was going crazy! a little bit of a headache is to be expected, but depression, crazy thoughts and pressure in my head are NOT normal. I stopped taking this after a few days and felt back to normal. Not sure if it was the pills i ordered on amazon or what, but i most likely will not be doing this cleanse again.
