I work night shift so this was a must buy for me. I find when I turn it on I start to feel better, more energy and improves my mood. There’s multiple slightly different color lights you can select from with a wide selection of brightness as well. It’s easy to use, not too big and works great. I have no complaints.

Powerful light! My only complaint is that the on/off button is on the top and easily turned on/off every time you touch it or try to move it. Super annoying. They power button should be on the bottom or at least on the far left or right instead of dead center.

This lamp has just the right lighting that, at its brightest point, it is like sunlight in my window and with the different settings it actually looks like the sun is setting! Of course there is also white light levels too. I enjoy the ambience when the yellow warms the room in the evening.

Defiantly a must if you live in the Midwest. We usually suffer from Seasonal depression; I bought this as a Christmas gift for my coworker since her office is so dark. She uses it every day and she stated that it helps her mood. It is compact and fits on her desk and it does the job.

This is amazing! I have really bad depression and severe anxiety and this helps me so much. Even during spring and now as we are going into the hotter months. If it’s too hot outside I use this while I’m working. It helps me with my anxiety which I was kind of shocked about. One million stars. If you struggle with depression and/or anxiety get this today.

Great quality for the price. Has different modes and a timer. Brightness modes are also helpful.

This lamp is not quite as nice as I was hoping for, though for the price, it’s still pretty good. I think it definitely works in terms of the mood stuff. I am currently sleeping in a room with no windows and I really needed it. And although it’s more of a personal lamp than a room lamp, it’s plenty bright enough. Where it’s a bit of a let down is on the simplicity of the settings. I had gotten the impression it could do a gradual sunrise/sunset transition for waking and sleeping. In a very crude way, I guess that’s true. But really it’s just 4 different light strength settings you can set to toggle between over a 15-60 min timer. Also, the orange color is very off putting. Do not like. The other light wavelengths are fine though. All in all, if you’re looking more for affordability than style, this will probably do the trick. If you want something more sophisticated though, keep looking.
