I rarely ever write reviews but thought I should on this product. These are WONDERFUL. I tried everything. Compression socks, knee sleeve, ace bandage and nothing would keep my immobilizer brace from slipping down. These didn't work at first but through trial and error I figured out how to use them. I bought two of them and put one above my knee and one below. Make sure they are good and tight and won't slip down. Make sure there is at least one strap goes over each one. My brace has six straps so two go over each one. I put them on this way and never have to adjust them and I have to wear them 24/7. The only time I can take them off is to shower. After doing this I haven't needed to adjust them one time. I hope this helps someone who is having trouble keeping their brace from slipping because I know what a pain that is. Also, the velcro is extremely sticky and hard to get off but that's a good thing because they stay up but you may need help taking them off.

I had high hopes as I’m stuck in a knee immobilizer for the foreseeable future. This did not help at all. I also developed a rash from the material.

The velcro is way too strong. It took two adults to get it to release. Useless.

I use mine daily under an Unloader Knee Brace. The velcro is strong, it takes some grip strength to get it to separate. It's so strong that the soft part of the velcro split from the non skid part. We are disappointed in that came apart. It was wonder until the separation of materials.

Considering I'm supposed to have a brace on for many weeks following my ACL surgery, the brave slipping down was driving me crazy. It was doing more harm than good, falling down to my ankles. Since I got this product a few days ago, I haven't had any issues with brace slippage. I wrap it around my upper calf right below my lowest incision scab, not tightly but not loosely. It adds enough grip to my brace that it feels so much more secure. I was worried it would feel hot and sweaty, but I haven't really had any issues with that. Great purchase and I recommended it to my PT to pass along to any other people she has that might be recovering from ACL surgery too.

My Breg T Scope brace kept sliding down and rubbing my ankle bones. This strap helped reduce and even prevent that from happening. I had to play with it a few times to get it right. It needs to fit like a cone with the smaller end at the top of the calf, so don't try to wrap it evenly. That keeps it in place so it doesn't slide down. Then the pads on my brace grip it and it doesn't slide. Worked like a charm.
