Follow the instruction or you may have regrets. I’ve purchased many of these. I returned to this brand cause other ones I’ve tried got moldy. No complaints here. I use it in the shower so it doesn’t leave a taste.

Headline: Dangerous! Bought this for a family member and it caused chemical burns.
I ordered this product, but after a family member used it just one time, we realized how dangerous it actually is. Do not be fooled by the "100% natural cleansing" marketing. After only one use, it caused a terrible reaction. Thick, white, clumpy discharge and tissue started coming out. After looking into it, we found out that the ingredients (like alum) drastically dry out and inflame the area, causing the internal lining to literally shed and peel off. It is basically a chemical burn disguised as a "detox." It completely destroys the body's natural pH and kills off the good bacteria needed to stay healthy, leaving you wide open to severe infections and irritation. If you want to protect your health and keep your "good stuff" safe, stay far away from this stick. We stopped using it immediately and are sending it right back. Please do not risk it!

I’m right in between loving it and disliking it because number one it does work definitely but the problem I’ve been getting lately with the two I have purchased they fall apart so fast and I’m not getting them over moist first one worked real good second one came broken threw away and the third one fell apart the second time I used it. But I do like that it does work.
